We offer shipping via Canada Post. You can choose which option you want during check out. We are still working out the details, so if the actual shipping costs differ from what you were charged at check out you might receive a refund or an invoices for discrepancy while we work on it. Thank you for your understanding!
We also offer in-store pick up. So you can shop online and save the shipping! Simply choose "pick up in store" during check out.
Exchanges and Returns
Currently we are not accepting returns or exchanges. If an item you have purchased is defective we will do our best to replace it.
If you have an extra ball of yarn purchased from our shop left over from a finished project, please don’t hesitate to ask for project ideas. We have lots of one skein wonder ideas!
The customer bears the responsibility of cost for shipping to return the items to us and the new cost of replacement except in the case of a faulty or damaged product.
